this was interesting too. I grew up with placemats, but they were a lot of trouble with so many children and often, our table was too small to accomodate 9 mats. Pizza...Seb says some places do the toppings under the pizza.Sweetness...could they be using some barley or oat flour? Both of those taste sweeter to me. Check the label on a bag in the store!
